Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026 · Zero Innovavi Limited
1. Who we are
Pocket Pastors is provided by Zero Innovavi Limited. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and the Pocket Pastors app.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: When you sign in (including with Sign in with Apple), we receive an identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
- Content you create: Counseling conversations, journal entries, and prayer-related content that you create in the app are stored to provide and improve the service.
- Usage data: We may collect information about how you use the app (e.g. feature usage) to operate and improve the service.
3. AI processing
Conversations and content you create may be processed by automated systems to generate responses and improve service quality. We do not use your personal conversations to train publicly available AI models or for advertising purposes. Human review may occur only for safety, abuse prevention, or support requests and is limited to authorized personnel under confidentiality obligations.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to provide Pocket Pastors (counseling, journal, prayer, daily scripture), to manage your account and subscriptions, to respond to support requests, and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal conversations, journal entries, or prayer content for advertising.
5. Advertising
The free version of the Pocket Pastors mobile app, and certain pages on this website, display advertisements served by Google through the Google AdMob and Google AdSense services. To deliver and measure these advertisements, Google and its partners may collect and process limited information such as device identifiers (e.g. the iOS Identifier for Advertisers, Android Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location, and basic interaction data with the ads. This information is used to display ads, prevent fraud, and report on ad performance, and may be used to personalize ads where permitted by your settings.
On iOS, you control whether apps can use the Identifier for Advertisers through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and the iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking menu. On Android, you can reset or limit your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads. If you do not consent to tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are presented with a consent choice before personalized ads are shown, as required by the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR. You can change your choice at any time from within the app’s settings.
You can remove all ads from the mobile app by purchasing the one-time 50-use pack (while uses remain) or by subscribing to a monthly or yearly plan. For more on Google’s ad practices, see policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
6. Third-party processing
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate the service (such as cloud hosting, authentication, AI response generation, and advertising). These providers process data only on our behalf or under their own privacy policies (in the case of advertising partners such as Google), and are contractually or legally obligated to protect it.
7. Sign in with Apple and payments
If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides according to your choices. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple; we do not store your payment card details. Please refer to Apple’s privacy and payment terms for those processes.
8. Data storage and security
Your data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
9. Data retention
We retain account and conversation data only as long as necessary to provide the service. When you delete your account, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless legally required otherwise.
10. Not medical or professional advice
Pocket Pastors provides spiritual guidance and reflective conversation only and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.
11. Automated processing
Responses in Pocket Pastors are generated automatically by software systems and may not always be accurate. Users should use their own judgment when acting on generated content.
12. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also delete your account and data from within the app or by contacting us. If you are in the European Economic Area or other regions with similar laws, you may have additional rights (e.g. portability, objection, restriction). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@zeroinnovavi.com.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of Pocket Pastors after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
14. Contact
For privacy-related questions or requests, contact Zero Innovavi Limited at info@zeroinnovavi.com.
