How to request account and data deletion
You can request that your Pocket Pastors account and associated data be deleted in either of the following ways:
- From the app (recommended): Open the Pocket Pastors app, go to Profile / Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Confirm when prompted. Your account and linked data will be deleted.
- By email (if you no longer have the app): Send a deletion request to info@zeroinnovavi.com from the email address linked to your account. Include your request to delete your Pocket Pastors account and data. We will process it and confirm once completed.
If you have an active subscription (e.g. through Google Play or the App Store), you may need to cancel it in your device or store account settings before or after requesting account deletion. We can still delete your account and associated data; any refunds are subject to the store’s terms.
What we delete
When you delete your account, we permanently delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:
- Your account and authentication identifiers
- Counseling conversations and session history
- Journal entries
- Prayer-related content and preaches
- Subscription and usage records tied to your account
What we may keep
We do not retain your personal data after account deletion except where we are legally required to do so (for example, for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes). Any such retention is limited to what is necessary and will be anonymized where possible.
Retention after deletion
Deletion is processed within a short period after your request. Backups may retain residual data for a limited time before being overwritten; we do not use that data for any purpose after your account is deleted.
